Robert Lewandowski was sent off against Osasuna. In addition to the match he will miss for the red card (against Espanyol), he will also face a further two-match ban, according to Ramon Fuentes in 'Mundo Deportivo', for his disrespect towards the referee. If this sanction is confirmed, he would miss the game against Atletico and the following game against Betis.

Barça beat Osasuna at El Sadar by 1-2. The victory was hard fought and the match was not without controversy. Lewandowski was sent off after half an hour and left with a controversial gesture to the referee.
Ramón Fuentes explains in 'Mundo Deportivo' what sanction Lewandowski could face. Barça could have to survive three games without the Pole, as that is the sanction that could be imposed on him.
Of those three possible sanctions, one would be for the red card. The other two would be extra if the Competitions Committee considers that he disrespected Gil Manzano.
The referee recorded the following in the match report: "After being sent off and on his way to leave the field, the player twice made a gesture of disapproval of the referee's decision, consisting of holding his finger to his nose and then pointing his thumb towards the referee. When he was about to leave the field of play, he repeated the gesture again, looking towards the assistant referee and in front of the fourth official.
Lewandowski is aware that he will miss the derby against Espanyol. In addition, if the Committee deems it appropriate, he could miss Atletico-Barcelona, which will take place on 8th January, and Betis-Barcelona, which will be played a week later.
