Bayern Munich have reportedly submitted their final bid for the 30-year-old striker, breaking through the 100-million-euro barrier for the first time. And Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly accepted their proposal.
As a result, Harry Kane could be set to start his new adventure in the Bundesliga but his future is up to him as he has yet to make a decision on his next destination.
Premier League legend Michael Owen, who played for Liverpool, Newcastle and Manchester United, gave the Englishman a piece of advice on social media. The 43-year-old urged him to stay with Spurs next season.
"I know Bayern Munich are a massive club and I have huge respect for them but if I were Harry Kane I’d stay put. There's no great achievement in winning a trophy with them. Real Madrid I would understand.
"Or one or two top Premier League clubs for that matter. Becoming the all time Premier League top goal scorer at Tottenham is a bigger achievement than winning the league in a country dominated by one team," he concluded.
