Thuram leaves Monchengladbach

Borussia Monchengladbach played a friendly game on Monday against FC Oberneuland. The Bundesliga outfit eased to a 0-7 win over their inferior opponents.
One of the more interesting absentees was Marcus Thuram, one of the side's most important players. Additionally, the France international officially said goodbye to the fans on Saturday after the side's win over Augsburg, as he will go in search of a new club after finishing this seaosn.
"He is suffering from a strong discomfort in his calf, which is being treated with the upcoming France games in mind", Borussia Monchengladbach posted in an announcement online.
As for the French forward's future, clubs the likes of Chelsea, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, PSG, Inter Milan and Man United are after him. Thuram leaves Gladbach after 4 years, 133 games, 44 goales and 29 assists.
