Bad news continue to add up for Arsenal as Leandro Trossard has handed his side a fresh injury blow. The forward started for 'Les Diables Rouges' against Israel in the final game of the Nations League group stages, but was replaced by PSV's Johan Bakayoko in the 37th minute.
Although his condiitons are yet to be assessed, Arteta, who said he was going to "pray that after the international break, I have all my players available," is set to see his list of unavailable players increase following the Belgian's injury.
Despite the recent return of skipper Martin Odegaard, the Gunners will be disappointed as Trossard joins Ben White, Ricardo Calafiori, and Bukayo Saka on the sidelines. Ben White was the latest before Trossard, with the Englishman recovering from a surgery on his knee.
With the November international break coming to an end midweek, Arsenal will be back to Premier League action against Nottingham Forest at the weekend, but their aim to fight for the title will be harder with the absence of many key players.
