VAR rules out late Arsenal winner against Fulham

Arsenal were held to a 1-1 draw against Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday as Bukayo Saka's late winner was ruled out after VAR intervention.
Fulham ended the first half with a precious lead as Raul Jimenez netted the hosts' only chance before the break. But corner kings Arsenal found the equaliser when Saliba tapped in Havertz's header from Rice's cross. Arteta's men thought they had sealed the win late on when Saka headed in Martinelli's long ball, but VAR intervention denied the Gunners maximum point, with the Brazilian found offside in the build-up to the goal.
