Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta shared what he thinks are the differences between UEFA Champions League and Premier League opponents.

Arsenal have never won the Champions League and, while a first English crown since 2004 remains their priority, success in Europe would be further evidence of Arteta's remarkable transformation of a club in turmoil when he arrived in 2019.
"You don’t know the opponents as well and then the boxes become crucial. At this level, the small details and moments define the story of the competition and a game," Arteta told reporters about the differences between domestic and European away games.
"The Premier League is a bit different; in Europe the teams are ruthless and you better be at your best and be very effective," he added.
