Man City's fifth Premier League title in six seasons was confirmed after Arsenal fell to Nottingham Forest. Therefore, Guardiola's men made the most of the game against Chelsea to enjoy what they had achieved, together with their home fans.
After the game, as is standard practice come the end of the Premier League season, the Sky Blues were presented with the trophy after they beat Lampard's side 1-0 with what was almost a second team.
Celebrations carried on much past the final whistle, with all the players getting the chance to flaunt the trophy to the fans, as can be seen in the video.
Norwegian striker Erling Haaland was particularly happy with the feat, especially after arriving in England just last summer. In his first season at the side he has obliterated records and won his first league title under Guardiola's watchful eye.
