16-year-old Lamine Yamal is the latest FC Barcelona wonderkid to have come through La Masia. The youngster has already shown his incredible talent, and will likely feature more for Barca this coming season.

Barcelona's academy, La Masia, continues doing what it does best: forging incredible talent. The academy that turned out Leo Messi 20 years ago has been working hard on Yamine Lamal.
The 16-year-old is a bright young talent, having joined La Masia aged 7, and becoming Barca's youngest La Liga debutant when he was still 15 in April 2023.
Most recently featuring in Barca's pre-season win over Tottenham in the Joan Gamper Trophy, Yamal came off the bench and got an assist after just a minute on the pitch.
He has also made several appearances for Spain on the global stage, most recently reaching the semi-finals of the Under-17 Euros with his country, starting all five matches and racking up four goals and two assists.
