Real Madrid open up their 2022-23 FIFA Club World Cup campaign this Wednesday when they go up against Egypt's Al-Ahly. Check out their success in the competition above.
The Spanish giants have won the competition four times in total, making them the most decorated team in the tournament's history. Their four victories have helped Spain to become the most successful country as far as the competition is concerned.
Barcelona are just behind Madrid with three titles to their name, but they have been absent from the tournament since 2015. Having said that, they are still the side to have won the second most amount of titles at this level.
Despite Benzema and Courtois being confirmed absentees for Madrid's semi-final, it is thought that they could both be back from their injuries in time for a hypothetical final, should the La Liga side get there.
