Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca talked about Conor Gallagher's possible move away from the club in a press conference.

Conor Gallagher has spent virtually his entire professional career playing for Chelsea, with the exception of four seasons at Charlton Athletic, Swansea City, West Bromwich Albion and Crystal Palace. He has even played for the London club's youth teams.
But his time at Stamford Bridge could come to an end this summer as La Liga side Atletico Madrid are in talks with the Blues for his services. The Spaniards have shown great interest in the midfielder.
"What I know is Conor and the club are talking about a decision. Hopefully, the final decision will be something good for Conor and the club," Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca told reporters.
"No one is a starter. They have to work day by day and convince me they have to play. I am convinced everyone is a squad player. I think it's wrong to say Conor, or Enzo [Fernandez], or Moi [Caicedo], is a starter. It's disrespectful to the other players. They are all squad players," he said.
