Vinicius Jr: “It's going to be exciting to play for Brazil at the Bernabeu"

Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior said it will be "a great thrill" to play at the Santiago Bernabeu with the Brazilian national team. The winger, who is already in London, will play two friendlies this week with Brazil against England (23rd March) and Spain (26th March).
"It's going to be a great thrill to play at the Bernabeu, in what is my home, with a majority of Real Madrid fans and wearing the national team shirt," Vinicius told Brazilian media.
"I'm very happy to be here. The excitement is as if it were the first time and we are very prepared to achieve our goal, which is the Copa America. For that, we need to prepare ourselves with matches like these."
"It's always good to play against the best. We can show our strengths here. We have to be focused from the start on playing a good game and beautiful football," he concluded.
These friendlies will help Brazil prepare for the Copa America in the United States and the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
