The 2024-25 season of the Kings and Queens League will have a series of new features that 'will raise the spectacle and entertainment to a new level', according to the organisers. All these novelties have been presented through a video with world famous faces such as Lamine Yamal, Aitana Bonmati or Vinicius.
The surprise came last Wednesday in Madrid, where a banner of more than 500 m2 was unfurled on which passers-by in the Spanish capital were asked: who is the new signing of the Kings? The answer: Barcelona and Spanish national team player Lamine Yamal. Another of the main novelties presented in the video is the first Kings World Cup Nations in early 2025, a 16-team World Cup in which the best players from each country will fight to be crowned world champions, the organisers add.
To announce this event, personalities from the football world such as Vinicius Junior or Iker Casillas, together with recognisable faces from the music scene such as Maria Becerra, Grupo Frontera and from the stream world such as TheGrefg, Rivers, Juan Guarnizo or DjMaRiio, appear in the video. Lamine Yamal, Vinicius and Casillas are not the only footballers to feature in the video. Barcelona players Aitana Bonmati and Pedri are in charge of announcing more news from the Kings League.
The world champion and current Women's Ballon d'Or winner Aitana Bonmati is in charge of presenting to the world ‘La Finalísima’, a trophy that will be disputed by the best teams of the Queens League Oysho (Spain) and the Queens League Oysho (Latam). Barcelona midfielder Pedri announced that the finals of the Kings League Infojobs and Queens League Oysho will be held at the Heliodoro Rodriguez Lopez, the stadium of Club Deportivo Tenerife, on the player's home island.
