Vitor Roque's agent confirms agreement with Barcelona

Green light in the deal between Barcelona and Athletico Paranaense for Vitor Roque. The player's agent, Andre Cury, gave an interview to 'Globo Esporte' in which he confirmed the agreement.
"I was talking to Deco for a year, it was confirmed and now we are putting it in place. We chose the best project of Vitor Roque to be among the best in the world. I would like to thank Barcelona, the president, Xavi, everyone for their confidence. They got it right, they will have a player of the highest level for the next few years," he admitted.
He also revealed that the striker always had in his mind to play for the 'Cules': "Every negotiation is complicated, especially for a player of this level. There were other interested parties, but Vitor always had his head turned towards Barcelona. He wanted to follow the Brazilians who played for Barcelona, like Rivaldo, Romario, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, who were the best in the world there, and Neymar, who wasn't the best in the world, but was in the top three and won the Champions League".
The official announcement could come in the next few days, although everything points to Vitor Roque arriving in the winter transfer window, that is, in January 2024. The Catalan team will pay a total of 60 million euros, although 30 of those will be in the form of variables. He will sign until 2030, i.e. for seven seasons.
