Real Madrid player Endrick said on Tuesday that he is "very happy" to sign for the club and assured that he has "a lot of desire to play and make history".
"I'm very happy to sign for Real Madrid. We are going to make great history," he said at a New Balance promotional event ahead of his official presentation at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday.
The 18-year-old Brazilian winger stressed that Madrid "is his home" and that he is "focused" on playing football. "With the national team I was here in Madrid; it was very nice to play at the Santiago Bernabeu".
Endrick highlighted that he already spoke to Vinicius and Rodrigo, during the Copa America, about what Real Madrid is like. He also concluded that after watching the final of the European Championship, between Spain and England, "he wants to be here", as well as highlighting "the luck" of arriving at Real Madrid and the hard road he had since he started playing football in Brazil.
