"We have proved that we can compete"

FC Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez said on Thursday after his side qualified for the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey that some players took "a step forward against Unionistas de Salamanca, leaving a good feeling in general".
Xavi, in this sense, praised the work of Balde, in the eye of the storm in recent weeks. "The goal is good for him", he acknowledged on Movistar.
