Eighth-placed Liverpool are seven points behind fourth-placed Tottenham in the race to qualify for the Champions League. Klopp made six changes to his starting eleven to face Chelsea in response to their dismal 4-1 defeat at Manchester City.
However, both teams shared points because they were unable to score. Liverpool left-back Andrew Robertson spoke to the press after the game and showed his disappointment with his team's performance.
"A point at Stamford Bridge isn't the one that will define our season. We've struggled away from home and if we could put our finger on it, we'd have fixed it by now," he said.
"From now till the end, we need to put that right and next season, we're going to need to fix that if we want to be competing for anything, because you have to pick up points on the road and that’s where we’ve let ourselves down massively this year," Robertson added.
