"We need help" - Guardiola urges Man City board to sign reinforcements

Manchester City got back to winning ways after the Sky Blues beat the Foxes 2-0 to record their second win in their last 14 games, arguably the worst run of results in Pep Guardiola's managerial career.
In recent weeks, the Spanish coach has been seen to blame part of the Cityzens' poor results on the numerous injuries suffered by his players at the start of the season, which has meant that the Catalan coach has had to find solutions for his starting eleven in many games.
After the Mancunian side's win over Leicester the former Bayern Munich boss said his side "need help" as he did not expect their centre-backs to struggle so much, suggesting they need to find reinforcements this winter despite the market being "not easy".
"In some positions we need help, with important players out for weeks and months it's so difficult. I thought central defenders would be fit all season but we've struggled, holding midfield and central defenders we need help. The market is not easy," he said.
