Former Arsenal star Matteo Guendouzi was asked to give his opinion on Mbappe's night out in Stockholm while France were busy in their Nations League fixture. Just like Wesley Fofana, the midfielder dismissed any notion that French captain's behaviour was unprofessional, insisting that media should drop the situation as Mbappe is 100% committed to his country.

After Wesley Fofana, it is Matteo Guendouzi's turn to give his take on the topic of the weekend. France captain Kylian Mbappe was photographed clubbing in Stockholm while the national team were busy playing their Nations League fixture on Friday.
Mbappe, who was ruled out by Deschamps as he was not up to fitness, was quickly targeted by the press after news on his outing broke out, as critics questioned his commitment to the national team, and in general, his intergrity as a professional footballer.
Nonetheless, Guendouzi was quick to shut down speculation. “We have no doubts about him. We spoke to him before the game. He is attached to us. He is not 100%," said the former Arsenal star. " There is no question about his will. He loves his country, he will continue to help us."
The Frenchman further poked at the journalist for blowing the situation out of proportion. "We need to stop talking too much about it. He has to live too. He has days off, he does what he wants," he concluded as he spoke in the press conference ahead of the clash against Belgium on Monday.
