"We play too many games" - Real Madrid's Tchouameni addresses overloaded schedule

The hangover from the derby against Atletico Madrid should be behind Real Madrid. The Champions League returns on Wednesday with the visit of Real Madrid to the Lille stadium.
A day earlier, on Tuesday, Aurelien Tchouameni gave a pre-match press conference ahead of the match against the French side.
One of Real Madrid's weaknesses is their build-up play, something he blames on the lack of Toni Kroos: "Toni was very important, especially in terms of getting the ball out from the back, but we have more players. The midfielders are getting better at playing the ball out, we have to do that to play better matches. We're going to do it," said the Frenchman.
The player was asked about Griezmann's surprising decision to leave the French national team: "I'm surprised. It's a shame that he's going to leave us, it affects us, but if he's made this decision it's because it's the best thing for him.
"We play too many games. It’s true. Those in power need to come to a solution that works for everyone. We’re seeing more and more injuries. I know people want to watch football but you can’t watch football with injured footballers," he concluded.
