The third and final day of the group stage of the European Championship kicks off on Sunday, but what does each country need to do to make it through and avoid being knocked out?

The group stage of the European Championship is almost over. This Sunday the third and final matchday begins with the matches corresponding to group A. Germany, Spain and Portugal are the only teams to have made it through, with 'La Roja' and the 'Quinas' already in first place.
The stakes are high, especially since UEFA increased the number of teams to 24, which means that four of the six third-placed teams will advance to the Round of 16.
Now it's time to look at the scenarios that have to be in place for each country to advance to the next round of the European Championship in Germany.
Group A Germany
