Jules Kounde spoke to 'Movistar Plus' after Barcelona´s 1-3 win over Unionistas. The French centre-back, despite the goal and the win, was self-critical: "Xavi? We are the ones who play, it´s our fault and we have to react".

Barcelona´s French player Jules Kounde admitted after his team´s 3-1 win over Unionistas in Salamanca, which qualified them for the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey, that they need to react and be more intense and convincing in their performances.
"We have to react and we have to keep going forward with intensity. I think that´s what we´re lacking this year, and also to be more solid," he admitted to the microphones of ´Movistar Plus´.
He considered it "very important" to move forward in the tournament as the Copa del Rey "is a goal, clearly" and they had to react after a "difficult" defeat such as the 4-1 loss to Real Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup final.
In his opinion, Barcelona played "a good game" in Salamanca on Thursday, where they were disciplined and did their job. "It was difficult, they have eliminated Villarreal and Sporting Gijon on their pitch and they are a team that play very well if you let them," he added.
Looking ahead to the upcoming games, the French defender called for "better communication and defending better". He also admitted that, although people talk about the coach when defeats come, "it´s the players" who play "and when there are bad results it´s also our fault, of course".
