Zaniolo's agent reveals failed move to Barcelona

In La Liga, the market was a bit blocked by a question of salaries. He was on Barcelona's shortlist, I confirm that. They appreciated him but unfortunately it was not possible to proceed due to financial reasons," he said.
Vigorelli also said that his client was not having a good time. "He needed to change air. He suffered two major injuries in recent years, but when he went down he always bounced back. He needed to find different motivation in a new place. In January, there were other opportunities in Italy and the Premier League, but the call from Galatasaray was immediately accepted with great enthusiasm," he concluded.
