Ziyech knocked on Barca's door after Depay departure

Memphis Depay is now a new Atletico player until 2025. The Dutch striker left Barcelona due to 'the high competition' with Robert Lewandowski, as he had hardly any playing time in the team.

In fact, Depay's farewell has prompted Hakim Ziyech to offer himself to Barca. According to 'Sport', the Moroccan player contacted Joan Laporta to negotiate a possible transfer.
The arrivals of Joao Felix and Mudryk mean that Ziyech will not get any playing time at Chelsea. Furthermore, Barcelona had him on their agenda before he left Ajax in 2020 for 40 million euros.
