Atletico Madrid's new player Alexander Sorloth described his move to the club as "a dream" and stressed that Atletico "is one of the best teams in the world".
"Atletico is one of the best teams in the world and competing for the most important trophies is a dream for me," the 28-year-old Norwegian striker told the club's media.
Sorloth described himself as a player who "likes to score goals and provide assists" for his team-mates, adding that off the pitch his life is "quiet".
"I really like the fans, I've played four games here and the fans are very good, they support the team, and I hope I can score goals for them," he added.
On the signing of Robin Le Normand, with whom he coincided two years at Real Sociedad, he stressed that he is a "fantastic defender with a lot of strength".
