Barcelona announce squad list for PSG showdown

The players Pedro Gonzalez 'Pedri' and Frenkie de Jong, still without the medical clearance for their respective injuries, are the main new additions to the Barcelona squad to face Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.
Both players are facing the final stretch of their injury problems and, if they receive the green light from the medical staff, they could return for the match at the Parc des Princes in Paris.
Defender Andreas Christensen, who has not played in the last two La Liga games due to Achilles tendon problems, is also part of the 25-man squad for the first leg of the tie.
In addition, the 'Cule' expedition has the presence of the long-term injured Pablo Paez Gavira 'Gavi', who will be in Paris to support his teammates. The Andalusian midfielder and full-back Alejandro Balde are the only absentees from the 'Cules' squad.
