FC Barcelona have not only had bad news over the past season. Poor performances from some of the team's key players along with injuries to Gavi, Frenkie de Jong and Pedri have given Fermin Lopez the chance to shine in the midfield.
The Spain international finished last season with a total of 42 games played and 11 goals scored, which placed him as the second top goalscorer of his team, equal with Ferran Torres. Moreover, the academy player has been called up to play in Euro 2024.
All this has contributed to Barcelona receiving a lucrative offer for their player from a Premier League club. According to 'Sport', Manchester United have put 30 million euros on the table for his services.
Nevertheless, the Catalan giants have rejected their proposal as they consider him to be non-transferable despite the financial problems they are suffering. Barcelona think that Lopez is one of the players with the most promising future and if they were to sell him it would have to be for an unreasonable amount.
