With Benjamin Pavard already in Italy for his medical with Inter, Bayern's board are working hard to find a replacement for him.
Trevoh Chalobah is a potentially option for the Bavarian giants, as he is as versatile as the French international, being able to play both on the flanks and in the centre of defence.
After Chelsea turned down a loan offer, the 'Evening Standard' reveals that Thomas Tuchel has made enquiries about the player, but that the Blues are demanding a high price. The Stamford Bridge side will not let the defender leave for less than a fee of close to £50m.
The player certainly played an important role in the English team last season, making 33 official appearances, 24 of them as a starter.
