Bayern relieved as Kane back in training

Bayern Munich can breathe a sigh of relief for Harry Kane. Their star striker injured his ankle before the international break after an impact with the Darmstadt goal post on the day before the international window, but he is almost back to full fitness. On Wednesday, he took part in training with Thomas Tuchel's team, although he did not complete the session like the rest of his team-mates.
The club itself reported on the former Tottenham Hotspur man's condition in an official statement. It recounts his good feelings, which, in a sense, are a lucky blessing for the Bavarians, who have prevented him from going to Gareth Southgate's training camp and thus enduring fatigue and injury probabilities that have already affected other players in the big leagues.
Meanwhile, Manuel Neuer was on his own after suffering a fibre strain during training with Germany. Another player left out of Julian Nagelsmann's plans was Aleksandar Pavlovic with tonsillitis, while Thomas Muller returned from international duty after beating France and the Netherlands.
This season, Harry Kane has 37 goals and 10 assists in 35 games of which he has started 34. He should break his all-time best, which dates back to the 2017-18 campaign when, as a 'Spur', he scored 41 times across 48 games.
