Chelsea in talks with Palmeiras over Barca target Estevao Willian

Estevao Willian at just 16 years of age has several of Europe's top clubs fighting for his services. The Palmeiras gem, known as 'Messinho', made his senior team debut last December, something that proves the striker's raw potential.
In recent months there have been reports that Chelsea, Manchester City, PSG and Barcelona are all monitoring the rising star's situation, although none have made a formal offer for him to their club yet.
Willian himself has already said in an interview with Spanish newspaper 'Mundo Deportivo' that his dream is to "play for Barcelona", so the 'Cules' have an advantage over the other European clubs who have him on their radar.
However, the Blues are still in talks with Palmeiras for 'Messinho', whose termination clause reportedly amounts to 51.5 million pounds, according to the 'Daily Mail'.
Barcelona may be the ones in pole position to land the Brazilian starlet, but the truth is that the Catalan side are not in a financial situation they can boast about, something their fans can take advantage of.
