Chelsea have missed out on Champions League football this season after a poor campaign at Stamford Bridge, so many Blues fans are keen to see their side back among the best in Europe.
Marc Cucurella told the 'Daily Mail' that Chelsea's top priority is to play in the Champions League next season. The Spain international also said he hopes to stay at Chelsea for a long time as he and his family are happy at Stamford Bridge.
"I’m really happy at Chelsea. My family is happy here. We are in a top club with good fans. Hopefully I can stay for a lot of time! Our mission is to play Champions League next season," he said.
Since Cucurella's switch from Brighton to the Blues he has become a key part of Enzo Maresca's side, having made 67 appearances, 59 starts in which he has scored one goal and provided four assists.
