Chelsea new man Nico Jackson steal the show as Blues beat Brighton in seven-goal thriller

Chelsea are up and running, at least in attack. The Blues, coached this season by Mauricio Pochettino, claimed an important victory against Brighton on the first day of the Premier League Summer Series in the United States.
De Zerbi's side, one of the suprise packages of last season's Premier League, stood up to the challenge despite being a man down for half an hour. Again he popped up in the box to set up Conor Gallagher, who only had to push the ball into the net to make it 3-1. Jackson put the icing on the cake by scoring his first goal as a Chelsea player. Cucurella set him up with long ball and the former Villarreal player, in a one on one situation, beat Verbruggen with a clinical finish.
