Galatasaray top scorer Icardi to miss Bayern clash through injury

It did not take long for Mauro Icardi to win over the hearts of Galatasaray fans. Scorer of 14 goals in 15 matches this season, the Argentinian is having the time of his life in Turkey.
The Argentinian striker scored another brace against Besiktas at the weekend to give his team a 2-1 victory. But the player injured his knee during the match, and the news is not good.
The Turkish club announced on Sunday that its striker is suffering from an injury to "the peroneal tendon in his right ankle". He is therefore set to miss several games, including Tuesday's Champions League clash with Bayern Munich.
Icardi's injury is a real blow for Galasatary, who currently lead the Super Lig with 25 points.
