Olympiacos left-back Marcelo Vieira has not been able to enjoy football since leaving Real Madrid. His move to Olympiacos seemed to open up a new opportunity for him but his poor performances could make him leave.
The Greek club are considering terminating his contract by mutual agreement. Meanwhile, Galatasaray are keeping an eye on him. However, the Turkish side are not the only one, as several clubs are also targeting him.
According to 'Sport', Getafe are interested in Marcelo. They have already signed Angileri and Amavi but they are not enough for the Spanish team. So much so that Quique Sanchez Flores has even recycled Juan Iglesias, as a right-back, and Gaston Alvarez, as a centre-back, to fill the left flank.
Marcelo Vieira could be back in Spain and Real Madrid have already offered him the chance to coach the academy if he retires.
