Girona aim to sign Van de Beek

Girona's Champions League squad are taking shape. Michel Sanchez has already signed Ladislav Krejci and Abel Ruiz. The next to arrive will be, barring any surprises, Donny van de Beek to fill the void left by Aleix Garcia.
'Relevo' assured that the Montilivi club will pay around half a million euros for the transfer of the Dutch midfielder. He has a contract until 2025 with Manchester United but does not seem to be in the Red Devils' plans.
Donny van de Beek has no intention of renewing his contract at Old Trafford and is looking for a change of scenery to boost his professional career. He was promising under Erik ten Hag after his heroics with Ajax, but injuries prevented him from doing so.
