The defender was seen down in pain following a challenge during Liverpool's corner right before the half-time whistle.
Konate looked left the pitch visibly distressed as went into the dugout using his kit as a makeshift sling. It is unclear whether he has picked up a serious injury, nor whether he will take part in the second period of the game.
