La Liga, through an official statement, informed on Wednesday that it will study the resolution of the CSD, which granted the precautionary measure to Dani Olmo and Pau Victor so that they can be provisionally registered, in order to raise the appeals it deems appropriate.
The body presided over by Javier Tebas clarified that the CSD's resolution was carried out without having given the appeal to La Liga or the RFEF, "so at the moment the arguments put forward by the players and Barcelona in the appeal are unknown".
"LaLiga will proceed to carefully study the content of the resolution for the purposes of filing the appropriate appeals, without prejudice to expressing its absolute disagreement with it," La Liga adds in the aforementioned statement.
It also explains that the Agreement of the Monitoring Committee of the RFEF-La Liga Coordination Agreement, reflects the previous agreement of La Liga to deny the previous visa, and of the RFEF the federative licence of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor.
"However, the Resolution makes reference to a series of motivations referring to the rights of the athletes to their sporting career, which is an issue that we will study when the file is transferred to us," the statement concludes.
