Lazio's stoic resistance to keep hold of Milinkovic-Savic

A few weeks ago, it was published in Italy that Serbian Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has reached an agreement to continue his career at Juventus for next season.
In addition, Arsenal and Newcastle are leading the way to get hold of his services. However, the reality is very different.
According to journalist Nicolo Schira, Lazio want to get hold of Milinkovic-Savic at all costs and they will make him an offer to renew at the Italian side.
The footballer of Spanish origin sees his contract expire in 2024. Therefore, it he does not renew before summer, he could leave for a price which is significantly less than what Lazio president Claudio Lotito is requesting.
