Barcelona will finally be able to count on their star player Robert Lewandowski against Espanyol.
The player received a three-match ban after receiving a red card. However, he was not suspended for the card, but for a subsequent gesture. The Pole touched his nose several times in reference to the referee.
However, the Spanish team confirmed that their player will be at the Camp Nou for the last game of the year: "Lewandowski can play tomorrow against Espanyol after the dispute settlement court in Madrid issued a precautionary measure against the suspension imposed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport," they wrote on Twitter.
For that reason, Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez will be able to count on his full squad for the meeting. Nevertheless, they are waiting for Ronald Araujo to recover. This is great news for the Catalan side as Robert Lewandowski, who has scored 13 goals in La Liga, will be back.
