Fresh from the €103 million signing of Jude Bellingham, Real Madrid's bank account is severely dented. This raises questions about the feasibility of other big signings this summer, like PSG's Kylian Mbappe or Spurs' Harry Kane.

Real Madrid announced on Wednesday the official signing of English midfielder Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund. The deal cost the Spaniards a staggering €103 million, which has left their bank accounts looking much emptier than before, even for a club their size.
The expensive signing has now raised some questions about the feasiblity of other big names linked with the club. Madrid have been linked with England captain Harry Kane for a while now, as the club see him as a replacement for Karim Benzema. However, Tottenham are looking for a fee not dissimilar to that of Bellingham's and 'Daily Mail' claims that the Spaniards are now reluctant.
Similarly, since news dropped on Tuesday that Kylian Mbappe would not be renewing to stay with PSG until 2025, heads have turned Madrid's way. The club had also looked at signing the French star a few summers ago, but he instead chose to stay in Paris. Now, the club want to sell him and are looking for a deal starting from €150 million.
'COPE' journalist, Melchor Ruiz tweeted on Wednesday saying, "'Real Madrid is not going to make any offer this summer to Kylian Mbappe because it knows that Kylian wants to complete his remaining year at PSG".
"And they are not going to sign Harry Kane either", he added. Although Mbappe wants to see out his last year of contract in Paris, the club want to sell him now rather than let him walk for free next summer.
His situation is not unlike Kane's, who is out of contract next year too, but Tottenham don't want to sell him to another Premier League club - though it appears they may have to reconsider if Madrid aren't willing to foot the bill for him.
