Madrid's Valverde denies rumours of Chelsea move

Federico Valverde has had a difficult role this season as playing a key role in the Real Madrid midfield is no easy task. Neither is winning over the fans, but the Uruguayan has managed both.
The 24-year-old has been crucial to Carlo Ancelotti's side this campaign but has been unable to show his best performances in the closing stages of the season. Furthermore, reports have spread rumours of his departure due to Jude Bellingham's arrival.
Nonetheless, Valverde ruled out a possible move to Stamford Bridge in the upcoming transfer window in an interview with 'ESPN'.
"No, no... I'm at Madrid, trying to enjoy every moment and leave my mark on the best club in the world. I want to keep winning titles for Real Madrid fans," he said.
