Lisandro Martinez was sidelined for around eight months when he sustained a fractured metatarsal in Manchester United's Europa League quarter-final against Sevilla in April.
However, the Argentinian centre-back is closer to a return to action. "Well, I am really good, I am really good, honestly. My rehab is going amazingly, in the way that I want, I am feeling strong, doing everything right with the physio, he has been amazing," he said in an interview for his current club's press.
"And also the medical department, they take care of me from day one so it was really important. Yeah, all is perfect for me," he continued.
The 25-year-old went on to add: "Definitely, we need to be patient, we need to be patient. I know that I will be back soon, very soon. It takes time, we need to be patient."
