Kylian Mbappe is tied down at PSG until 2025. Both parties agreed on a renewal a year ago, just as it was being speculated that he had an agreement with Real Madrid. The striker chose to stay at the Parc des Princes.
Time has gone on, but the ex-Monaco man is still thinking about the 'Merengues'. According to 'AS', the player is thought to have told Madrid that he wants to play there.
The striker wants to be in the Spanish capital in 2024. The reason being, according to this source, is that there's a clause in Mbappe's contract which would mean he'd be able to leave on a free within a year if the French side don't win the Champions League.
Real Madrid are bein very clear with Mbappe. They've always taken him into account and, in fact, they were prepared to get him on board last summer which was something which never came to fruition after the player's 'games'.
The Spanish club will only consider signing Mbappe if he arrives on a free. That is to say, if this clause exists and they can get him in for free in a year, they'll be able to start talking about the transfer. If it's not the case, they won't go for him. the Bernabeu side do not want to enter negotiations with PSG.
For the 2024-25 season, Real Madrid are also thinking about Manchester City's Erling Haaland to bolster their attack, but for that's still a long time away. For now, the club are thinking about next season and this summer, the plan's clear - Bellingham and in-house strengthening.
