With less than a week to go until the transfer window closes, it appears Kylian Mbappe will be playing this season at the Parc des Princes after all. The striker is set to stay with Paris Saint-Germain, with his move to Real Madrid falling through again this year.

It looks like the saga of the summer has come to its end. Kylian Mbappe will stay at Paris Saint-Germain at least for another season. The striker has walked away from the idea of joining Real Madrid this summer.
There have been several signs of reconciliation between the club and player. From PSG withdrawing his ban and allowing him to play again, to the message after the match against Lens from Gigi Donnarumma.
'Telefoot' has confirmed that what few doubts there were about Mbappe's future have been dispelled. The French striker will continue to be the Parc des Princes' guiding light.
At midnight on September 1st, the market closes, and with it all the hopes Real Madrid fans have of Mbappe joining their ranks this summer.
Added to this is Real Madrid's goal scoring problem, despite Bellingham. Following Benzema's departure, the only '9' left in Carlo Ancelotti's squad is Joselu. Vinicius' injury does nothing to help the situation.

'Telefoot' gives 3 options ahead of the season that has just started for Mbappe, and for the near future. The first is that he does not renew, finishes his contract in 2024 and leaves on a free transfer to Real Madrid from July.
This is PSG's nightmare scenario, given they forked out €180 million for him back in 2017 and they will likely do everything they can to avoid this happening.
Another is to renew his contract for one year, until 2025, and thus leave PSG on a transfer, rather than for free. The third is to sign a long-term contract and stay at the Parc des Princes.
What is clear is that Mbappe, who played his first game at the Parc des Princes on Saturday, will be the star of a PSG side that has lost Leo Messi and Neymar this summer.
