Muniain to bid farewell to Athletic on 13th May

Iker Muniain will celebrate his farewell ceremony for Athletic Club on 13th May at San Mames. It will be an event in which "his sporting career will be reviewed together" with very "special guests", as announced by the Bilbao club.
This tribute to Muniain, who last week confirmed his departure from Athletic at the end of this season after 15 years in the first team, will take place in the north end of the stadium. It will be "open to the fans with free admission".
The act of recognition to the captain "will count with the presence of the last Copa del Rey champions" and, in addition, "throughout the evening several surprise performances are scheduled".
Athletic recommend that those attending "as far as possible", attend the event wearing shirts in the team's colours, thus contributing to the colour and atmosphere desired for such a special event.
