Munuera Montero to referee Copa del Rey final
Jose Luis Munuera Montero has been appointed to referee the Copa del Rey final between Athletic Club and Mallorca at La Cartuja.

The referee for this Saturday's Copa del Rey final has been announced. The match between Athletic Club and Mallorca at La Cartuja, in Seville, will be refereed by Munuera Montero from Jaén.
"Jose Luis Munuera Montero will referee his first Copa del Rey final at the Estadio de La Cartuja. The Andalusian referee was promoted to the First Division in the 2016-17 season, making his debut in a match between Celta Vigo and Leganes. That same season he won the Vicente Acebedo Award granted by the CTA," the Federation published.
Munuera Montero has refereed 4 matches in this edition of the Copa del Rey: Deportivo Murcia-Alaves, Atzeneta-Getafe, Amorebieta-Celta de Vigo and Mallorca-Girona.
The referee from Jaen will be accompanied by Inigo Prieto Lopez de Cerain and Diego Barbero Sevilla as assistants and Alejandro Munoz Ruiz as fourth official. In the VAR room will be Eduardo Prieto Iglesias, assisted by Santiago Jaime Latre and Miguel Angel Ortiz Arias.
