Pau Torres will not play for Spain against Denmark and Switzerland in the current international break. The Aston Villa centre-back had already arrived at Luis de la Fuente's call-up with discomfort and has been forced to leave the training camp as he has not recovered from it.
The centre-back will not play the match against Denmark and neither the match against Switzerland with which Spain, already qualified, will end this first phase of the Nations League.
"The international defender has been ruled out of the training camp and will not travel with the team for the UEFA Nations League matches against Denmark and Switzerland. The Aston Villa player arrived with muscular discomfort from his match against Liverpool and after the tests carried out by the Medical Services of the RFEF it is estimated that he will not arrive in time for the dispute of the last two international commitments of the year and thus avoid running any kind of risk."
