West Ham officially complete the contract extension of the 18-year old midfielder until 2029.

West Ham United announces that Lewis Orford has signed a five-year contract extension with the club. The confirmation came this afternoon, revealing that the young midfielder, who started off his career as a professional footballer with the Hammers, will extend his stay until 2029.
"Signing the new contract feels really good,” he reveals. “I’ve always wanted to play for West Ham United, it’s where I’ve grown up. It was always my dream to represent this Club, and hopefully I can do that in the Premier League. All my family support West Ham, so it makes it even bigger on a personal level.”
With 3 goal contribution from 4 appearances in Premier League 2 so far, the youngster is keen on continuing his run of good form, with hopes for opportunities within the first team.
High expectations are also shared by West Ham United Sporting Director Mark Noble, who like Orford, has dedicated his life supporting the team. He further admits to being "an admirer of Orford and his potential" As of now, Lewis Orford will continue to play with the under-21 squad for West Ham.
