PSG this week announced a deal with Brilliantcrypto while in Japan. The cryptocurrency platform, to welcome the Parisians as 'premium partners' and launch its business model, organised a presentation event at which a banner featuring Kylian Mbappe could be seen. However, the one published by the club on their website swapped striker for Marco Verratti.

Good relations between the world of cryptocurrencies and top football clubs are the order of the day. Every few months, a new deal is born. Just this week, PSG announced one with Brilliantcrypto, the video game arm of Chiliz and Socios.com, and took advantage of their stay in Japan to help launch it. Kylian Mbappe was featured on a promotional banner at the conference, but not on the digital one the team posted on its website.
A Twitter user with the nickname 'akinaikuroto' shared 3 photos of the event. In the 1st and 2nd of them, he showed jerseys of Giovanni di Lorenzo, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Nicolo Barella signed by the players. The interesting part is in the 3rd one, in which the fan displayed a banner featuring Fabian Ruiz, Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe to make it known that the Parc des Princes would be a 'premium partner' of the platform.

On the same day, Paris Saint-Germain published a letter to inform their fans of this agreement, but removed Mbappe from the aforementioned design, in which, for the online version, they opted for Marco Verratti.

The same was repeated on the social networks of Brilliantcrypto, which, although it used Mbappe to announce a closed beta on 25 July, has now corrected the striker's presence on its website. This time, he is replaced by Nuno Mendes. That the former Monaco man appeared on the physical poster shown above and in this publication may be because, as the event was announced on 20th July, PSG did not plan for the relationship with their star to break down then.
