Real Madrid B coach Raul Gonzalez Blanco saw his team beat Deportivo in a clash between two top clubs. The Galician outfit played with 10 men for more than 20 minutes. The win saw 'Los Blancos' move to just outside the play-offs in the Spanish third tier (Primera Federacion).
The former striker's main objective is to get the most number of footballers he can into Carlo Ancelotti's squad and also get the team promoted to Segunda. The coach has full confidence in the project since he ended up turning down important offers.
According to 'Marca', Schalke sent Raul an offer to coach the team in their return to the Bundesliga. However, he turned down the offer as he does not want to leave Real Madrid.
The Castilla coach believed that he was not prepared to make such a big step up and he will continue growing in Valdebebas.
