Cristiano Ronaldo has revolutionised YouTube with the creation of his channel. He has already uploaded several videos in which he shares the stage with his partner Georgina Rodriguez to talk about personal aspects of his life and with Rio Ferdinand for his podcast, in which he focuses on various stages of his career.
In the most recent episode of what he has dubbed 'Cris & Rio', he recalls his time at Real Madrid and lists his Ballon d'Or candidates for the next few years.
"Real Madrid are the best club in the world," says the Portuguese, who believes his time at Madrid has been the best of his career. With the recent signing of Kylian Mbappe, more than a few have put the challenge facing the Frenchman to follow in the footsteps of his idol on the table.
With him in mind, his former Manchester United teammate asked him: "What kind of challenges he's going to face?
"I think he's going to do well, to be honest, because the structure of the club is strong, it's good, it's solid. They have a great coach and a president who has been there for many years. I don't think he's going to have big problems because he has a lot of talent and he's already shown what he's capable of," Ronaldo replied.
"I think he is going to do well because, in my opinion, he can be the next Ballon d'Or winner. He'll be up there with Erling Haaland, Jude Bellingham," he added before a brief pause in which Rio Ferdinand added "Vinicius Jr".
Cristiano Ronaldo did not deny the Brazilian's candidacy, but ignored it and continued with his own list: "Lamine Yamal. I think this new generation has a lot of potential, but, I think Mbappe is going to do very well," he claimed.
